$150 Million to Protect Whales

This bill would give the Secretary of Commerce $30 million a year for five years to make the US a leader in conserving and protecting whales. H.R. 2455 was referred to the Committee on Foreign Affairs, the Committee on Natural Resources, the Committee on Ways and Means, and the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure.
