Obtain a minimum of 20 years in jail by possessing 10 kilograms of heroine, 10,000 kilograms of marijuana, or 500 grams of methamphetamine. Obtain a minimum of 10 years in jail by using Federal land to manufacture a controlled substance. H.R. 2469 was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary.
