Preserving Capitalism in America Amendment

This Joint Resolution states, “The United States shall not own, subscribe to, or otherwise have any interest in the stock or equity of any company, association or corporation.” The only exception would be for public use corporations, public services, and investments in pension funds. H. J. Res 57 was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary.
