An Internet safety education program will be created to train and educate children and parents on how to use the Internet, and protect children from harm on the web. The amount of $25 million for the years 2010 – 2014 will be made available in grants for eligible entities to carry out this program. H.R. 3222 was referred to the Committee on Energy and Commerce.
