Solar Manufacturing Jobs Creation Act

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Tax Act of 2009 (aka: economic stimulus package) will now include an investment credit. The investment credit will be used for a tax break and given to companies creating solar energy panels, solar cells, and other solar energy property. S. 2755 was referred to the Senate Committee on Finance.
