The investment credit will be used for a tax break and given to companies creating solar energy panels, solar cells, and other solar energy property. Under this bill, members an aircraft flight crew will be prohibited from using wireless devices, such as cellphones and laptops, while on the crew’s station of the flight deck while the aircraft is being operated. The only exception to this rule is the use of wireless devices for the operation of the aircraft or employment related activities. The Algiers Accord, entered into with Iran in 1981, is deemed not applicable when it prohibits a US citizen from prosecuting a claim of the Iran hostage situation from Nov. 4, 1979. Citizens held hostage from that time period will be paid $1,000 for each day of captivity. If the hostage has since deceased, the estate will receive $500 for each day the citizen was a hostage. The following is added to the United States Code, `Whoever transports, transmits, or transfers in interstate or foreign commerce any goods, wares, or merchandise, of the value of $1,000 or more, for sale on an online marketplace, knowing the same to have been stolen, converted, or taken by fraud–’. Under this bill the Attorney General will create a retail crime task force, with few or no jurisdictions, to investigate organized retail theft.
