A Test for the TSA

Requiring the Transportation Security Administration to deny the notification of covert testing at airport facilities is the basis of this bill. If TSA employees are alerted for a covert test, then it would not be a test. The basis behind this bill is to make sure the TSA is doing their job correctly. H.R. 2464 was referred to the Committee on Homeland Security.
