Denying Firearms and Explosives to Dangerous Terrorists Act

Under this bill, a state attorney general will have the power to deny an individual a firearm license if the individual is connected to a terrorist network, or the weapon will be used in a terrorist attack. S. 1317 was referred to the Senate Committee on the Judiciary.
