It will be unlawful to ship, receive, transport, or transfer 2 or more firearms. This will be punishable by a one year prison sentence. The BATF will hire 500 additional Industry Operations Investigators and 1000 additional Special Agents for addressing the trafficking of firearms. From 2011 to 2014, an amount of $875,269,311 will be given to hire 500 Industry Operations Investigators and 1000 Special Agents. H.R. 4298 was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary.
