Motor Vehicle Insurance Policy Regarding Bodily Injury Coverage

A motor vehicle insurer will provide liability coverage for bodily injury or death in each motor vehicle insurance policy. A minimum of $25,000 in total liability coverage will be applied to the insurance policy for an individual’s injuries or death. A minimum of $50,000 in total liability coverage will be applied to the insurance policy for the total of all injured or dead in an incident. H.R. 4071 was referred to the Committee on Financial Services.
