Small Business Penalty Relief Act

The purpose of this bill is to limit the penalty for small businesses who fail to disclose reportable transactions. The maximum penalty for failure to disclose reportable transaction will be $200,000 for a small business, and the minimum penalty will be $10,000. H.R. 4068 was referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
